HRH Sambo is a visionary leader and a successful businessman with interest spanning Nigeria, Africa, Europe and the United States of America in Oil and Gas, Construction, Water, Engineering, Hospitality and Telecommunications. HRH has over thirty (30) years of experience in work, business and commerce and has travelled extensively. HRH Sambo is a philanthropist extraordinaire, a much loved and trusted person, an astute businessman. HRH sits on board of a number of companies.

 

 

MANAGING DIRECTOR:    RALPH-MICHAEL SIMON-MICHAEL, LLB

MD/CEO Ralph-Michael Simon-Michael is a highly educated individual with a background in law. He studied at Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge and The University of Hertfordshire, majoring in LLB Commercial Law. He brings his passion for law and innovative thinking into the business world.

Ralph has a wealth of experience in the industry, having worked with major cooperation’s such as FedEx, Alternative Parcel Company (APC) UK, Pall-ex group and DX Network. He has a proven track record of attaining and servicing high-level contracts with these clients and others, which has been a key contributor to his recent appointment as the Managing Director/Chief Operating Officer (MD/COO) of Irad Investments Limited. Ralph also holds a certificate of professional competence (CPC) from the United Kingdom. In addition to his experience and education, Ralph also runs a successful logistics company in the UK with an operator’s license. This is a significant accomplishment as operator’s licenses are only given to companies with annual revenues above 250,000 pounds. This is a testament to Ralph’s business acumen and the financial stability of his company. Ralph also had owned and operated a DPD franchise which he ran for two years and sold off to focus on other endeavors. This experience further demonstrates Ralph’s versatility and ability to run and manage different operations successfully.

Ralph’s adaptable nature has served him well in his career, allowing him to thrive in various roles and industries. This is evident in his experience in the Oil & Gas sector, where he has spent years learning under the tutelage of HRH. Samuel Sambo. As MD/COO, Ralph is focused on driving the company forward by building new business relationships and utilizing his current network. He is determined to take the company to new heights and make a positive impact in the industry. He brings to the table his previous experience working with well-known international companies, his own logistics company and his previous experience with DPD franchise, which is a proof of his capability and experience to lead the company to greater success.

 

DIRECTOR:     MS THELMA EKIYOR, LLB, MBA

Ms. Thelma Ekiyor is a leading Gender Lens Impact Investor, Philanthropy Adviser, and Entrepreneurship Practitioner in Africa. She has a strong educational background with an ongoing Doctoral Researcher in Entrepreneurship from Cranfield University, United Kingdom, an MBA from Imperial College London, and a LLB Law (Honours) from University of Buckingham, United Kingdom. She also holds Executive Education Certificates from Imperial College, London and UNEP. Ms. Ekiyor has a wealth of experience in her field, having founded and led several organizations and initiatives focused on impact investing and women’s economic empowerment. She is the co-Founder of SME.NG, Nigeria’s impact investment platform that provides financing for women entrepreneurs, and co-Founder of “She Works Here”, the first ALL Women’s Accelerator in Nigeria. Additionally, she founded The Funding Space and Afrigrants, which support the growth of indigenous entrepreneurs and access to finance. She also served as the pioneering CEO of TY Danjuma Foundation and Executive Director of West African Civil Society Institute. Ms. Ekiyor is also a respected author and thought leader, with articles including “Peacebuilding Training Manual for Women in Decision Making” and “Implementing the Responsibility to Protect Doctrine in Africa”. She holds honorary positions, including Honourary Chairperson of the Nigerian Association of Chambers of Commerce, Industry, Manufacturing & Agriculture (NACCIMA), and holds board memberships with the Centre for Analytics & Behavioural Change and All On (Renewable Energy Fund Established by Shell). In her free time, she enjoys reading, volunteering, and training and mentoring young women.

 

 

DIRECTOR:       HRM. MRS. VICTORIA SIMON-MICHAEL, BA, B.Sc, M.Sc., ACCA

HRM. Mrs. Victoria Simon-Michael is a Senior Consultant, with experience as a consultant in the Government and Public Service sector. She has worked on several key programs both nationally and internationally, including projects for the United Nations (UN) and in Cameroon. HRM. Mrs. Victoria Simon-Michael is an expert in change management, leadership tutoring and coaching, and environmental management. She holds a Degree in BA French (Langs) from University of Port Harcourt Nigeria, a Degree in Accounting from University of Greenwich London (Uk), and a M.Sc. from University of Hull Uk. She also holds a certificate in International Development and Global Change and a certificate in Leadership. She is also an active researcher in Leadership and was recently appointed as Africa’s Vice-president for Executive Education at the Cameroonian Board in the UK. She has worked for several UK government departments including the Department for Transport (DfT), the Office for National Statistics (ONS), in the United Kingdom and the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) and the Department for Education (DfE), undertaking a variety of assignments. At the local government level, she worked for the London Boroughs of Greenwich, and Kent County Council.

She has extensive experience in accounting having qualified as an accountant and masters in accounting. She has undertaken programmes in project management, conducting scoping studies, organisational reviews and design, communications and stakeholder management, corporate strategy development and public sector management.

 

DIRECTOR:     EBI BOMO-ENE B.Ed. MANAGEMENT/ECONOMICS

A graduate of the University of Port Harcourt, he has over 20 years corporate work experience that spans through Insurance, Banking and Oil & Gas sectors Mr Ebi has worked in management positions in the private sector and has detailed experience in compliance procedures and managing support services providers. He is also a community relations and social interventionist expert.  He has a pragmatic approach in closing deals and these he has brought to the board. He is married with children

 

 

 

 

 

COMPANY SECRETARY:    JOSEPH ATEKI B. LLB, LLM (LON) BL

Quiet and humble but an astute legal mind, Joseph brings to the board vast experience in business negotiations, sound reasoning with cognate experience in corporate law, property law and international financial compliance requirements and regulations. Mr. Joseph who is cross trained both in the UK and Nigeria is currently a Senior Partner in Joseph and Joseph, a firm of legal practitioners. He has practiced as solicitor in England before relocating to Nigeria.

He also has experience in banking and illuminates the operations of the company with firm professional corporate ethics and legal advice that is intended to facilitate the attainment of the corporate goals of the company.
